2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Resell Signals. Users under 18 will be immediately removed and access permanently revoked. No refunds will be granted to users who violate this policy.
3. Intellectual Property & License
We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our services strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Violation of this section may result in legal action and immediate account termination.
4. Membership Access & Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the respective program or service purchased, which may include:
Online courses and digital materials
Private Discord community
Coaching calls and mentorship
Automation tools and proprietary software
Access is tied to your account and may be revoked at our discretion in the event of:
Missed or failed payments
Chargebacks or disputes
Breach of Terms
Misconduct in community spaces
5. Payment Terms
All payments — whether made in full, via split-pay plans, or monthly subscriptions — are final, binding, and non-cancelable.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for the entire program fee, even if you select a payment plan
Split payments are not subscriptions; they are commitments to pay in full over time
You authorize Resell Signals to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for any active subscription
Failure to complete payments may result in account suspension, access revocation, and collection proceedings.
6. Subscription & Renewal Policy
Monthly or yearly memberships will automatically renew on the same billing date each cycle unless canceled beforehand.
You agree:
To recurring charges at the price you selected at checkout
That it is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date
To forfeit any coupon or discount if canceled prematurely or if the redemption window closes
Free trials will convert to paid plans if not canceled before expiration.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Resell Signals maintains a strict NO-REFUND policy.
There are no refunds under any circumstance for any product, program, service, or subscription. This includes:
Digital courses
Coaching or mentorship programs
Automation services
Subscription access
Missed coaching calls or non-usage
All sales are final. By purchasing, you agree that:
You will not request or attempt a refund for any reason
You understand and accept this policy in full before purchasing
You waive your right to dispute the transaction after gaining access
Refunds will only be issued in the case of a verified duplicate charge.
8. Chargebacks = Fraud
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these Terms is considered intentional fraud.
By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
All chargebacks will be disputed aggressively
We will submit all evidence, including product access logs, IP tracking, chat messages, and timestamps
You may be reported to your financial institution, fraud monitoring networks, and subject to collections or legal claims
If you file a dispute for a valid, delivered, and accessed product, you may lose all access and be permanently banned from future purchases.
9. User Conduct
You agree to behave professionally and respectfully in all interactions, including:
Discord servers
Coaching sessions
Community spaces
We reserve the right to immediately remove and ban any user for harassment, spam, toxicity, or malicious activity — with no refund.
10. Earnings Disclaimer
Resell Signals does not guarantee results or income. While many users experience success using our tools and training, your results depend on effort, market conditions, and adherence to instructions.
You accept full responsibility for your outcomes and agree not to hold Resell Signals liable for your performance.
11. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All content, methods, scripts, tools, and processes inside Resell Signals are proprietary.
You agree not to:
Share, sell, or distribute our internal materials
Grant access to any third party
Reproduce or duplicate any systems provided to you
Violation of this section will result in legal action.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we may notify you by email or platform alert. Your continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

ASSUMPTION OF RISK (E-COMMERCE & PLATFORM RISK)
You acknowledge and agree that participation in e-commerce, online selling, automation software, supplier-based fulfillment, and third-party platforms (including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Stripe, PayPal, and Discord) involves inherent risks.
These risks include, but are not limited to: account suspensions, limitations, or bans; marketplace policy changes; supplier stock issues or pricing changes; shipping delays or cancellations; listing removals; intellectual property or VERO claims; buyer disputes or chargebacks; software errors, outages, or third-party API limitations.
You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Resell Signals is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, interruptions, or account actions arising from these risks.
NO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR COMPLIANCE ADVICE
Resell Signals does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, or regulatory advice. All content, training, software, automation tools, and coaching are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace terms of service. You agree to consult licensed professionals where appropriate and acknowledge that you operate independently from Resell Signals.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & NO CONTROL
Resell Signals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platform, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Meta, Stripe, PayPal, or Discord.
We do not control platform policies, enforcement decisions, algorithms, payments, account reviews, or suspensions. Any disputes or issues involving third-party platforms must be resolved directly with those platforms, and you waive any claims against Resell Signals related to their actions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resell Signals, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, account bans, or loss of selling privileges.
In all cases, Resell Signals’ total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount you paid to Resell Signals in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resell Signals from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Service, violation of marketplace policies, violation of law, or interactions with buyers, suppliers, or third-party platforms.
This obligation survives termination of your account.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative lawsuit. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial.
INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, Resell Signals may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or proprietary systems.
SEVERABILITY & SURVIVAL
If any provision of this Addendum is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All provisions relating to liability limitation, indemnification, arbitration, confidentiality, and intellectual property shall survive termination.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & BINDING AGREEMENT
By accessing, purchasing, or using Resell Signals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Addendum and accept all risks associated with the Service.
